Update Transportation System Management Plan for Nonresidential Projects

Measure

The County will review and update Section 5.9.6.F of the Zoning Code, which requires a Transportation System Management (TSM) Plan for qualifying projects, as specified in Section 5.9.6.F of the Zoning Code, to ensure that the ordinance is comprehensive, enforceable, and consistent with the GHG reduction target.

Status of Implementation

The Planning and Environmental Review Division received budget in FY 24/25 to complete this Zoning Code amendment. A work plan is being developed, and formal outreach will begin in early 2025.
