Status of Implementation
The Department of Transportation maintains approximately 24,000 streetlights for illumination County-wide. 21,800 streetlights have been converted to LED lamps through the annual streetlight replacement program. There are approximately 2,200 replacements to complete in the next four years at the rate of 550 lamps per year.
